CONVENT OF JESUS & MARY believes in best services in any case helping its Authorized Study Centre (ASC) as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

In case of Affiliation/Franchise fee:

Affiliation fees is taken at the time of approval of learning center which is Non-Refundable at any circumstances after approval.

In case of Services:

 

If unfortunately you want to cancel an order, please do so within 2 days of making the payment i.e. before allocation of enrollment number, commencement of exam dates and other services provided by CONVENT OF JESUS & MARY .

In case of Product:

 

If unfortunately you want to cancel the order of product such as Student Kit, Printed Books, Prospectus, Forms etc. please do so within 7 days of your order.

If you received the product and want to cancel your order, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Refund Policy:

 

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. Refund process will be start within 10 working days after the cancellation date and shall be completed within 15 working days. All the refund will be made in the Original Payment Mode. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
